Flexibility, openness, and an appreciation of context are guiding principles I use when formulating clinical impressions. Consequently, I place great value on the clients’ perception of their problems, and I acknowledge my clients as experts on their own experiences. Working within an integrative psychotherapy framework, I feel comfortable allowing the process to be guided by what clients bring to the session. I utilize concepts from a variety of traditional theories, e.g., experiential, cognitive behavioral, attachment, and psychodynamic therapy as well as principles of Eastern theories of mindfulness. I have experience in treating people with a variety of concerns, among them: - Anxiety | ![]() ![]() ![]() |
